Networking Naturally

When it comes to meeting and connecting with others, there are two kinds of people…those who love it and those who don’t. Love it or not…connecting with others helps you create your dreams and reach your goals. Whether you’re looking for a new job, clients for your business, a car mechanic or child care, knowing others makes the process easier. Unfortunately, traditional networking can sometimes be an uncomfortable as well as a time and money-wasting experience. In this session you’ll learn how to transform “cocktail chatter” into meaningful opportunities and to be more comfortable and at ease the next time you walk into a room full of strangers.

Ginny Robertson is President of Live Your Life On Purpose, an organization that provides women with information and opportunities to help them lead richer, fuller lives. She is the Founder of On Purpose Networking for Women, an entrepreneurial organization that meets in four Maryland locations and will be returning to Harford County this summer. A skilled and compassionate facilitator, Ginny speaks to thousands of women each year and is the publisher of On Purpose Woman Magazine, a free local magazine for the Cool Local Woman! In 2007 she compiled an anthology The Spirit of Women Entrepreneurs…Real-Life Stories of Determination, Growth and Prosperity and is the co-host of WomanTalk Live with Ginny Robertson and Ann Quasman, a talk radio show which airs Wednesdays from 6:00 – 7:00 pm on WVIE 1370 AM in Baltimore. Listen on your radio or live on the web at www.v1370.com or go to www.WomanTalkLive.com to listen to past podcasts.
